Have a day for you... Dance, Aerial, stretch and most importantly homemade brownies & cheese straw, bubbles and a good catch up with giggles. We'll head over to the Wellington Arms for a drink afterwards, and you'll get a little goody bag to top off your treat.

About the event
Have I got a day planned for you...
We'll kick things off with a beautiful ballet class led by special guest teacher James Groom. He'll warm up you up at the Barre, work through some centre practice, and finish by learning a piece of repertoire.
Then it's time for a well-earned break... and yes, there may be my infamous brownies!
Next, we'll take to the air for a fun low-flow aerial sling session, giving you the chance to move, play, and explore the equipment in a relaxed, supportive environment.
To finish, we'll slow things down with a blissful aerial sling stretch session, leaving you feeling long, strong, and refreshed.
