Service Description

This class is aimed at anyone who loves to move but cannot access a full class, whether you are restricted in movement, have a medical issue, recovering from injury or new to dance. This low impact class will explore different styles of dance - requests welcome! The aim is to get moving, keep moving and have fun! Drop Claire an email if you want to check suitability before booking. Carers are welcome to join for free, and we can adapt movement to seated if needed.
