Have a day for you... dance, Pilates, Aerial and most importantly homemade brownies & cheese straw, bubbles and a good catch up with giggles. We'll head over to The Wellington Arms for a drink afterwards, and you'll get a little goody bag to top off your treat.

Have I got a day planned for you...
We'll kick things off with a beautiful ballet barre class to warm up those muscles and take in the classical music.
Then it's time for a well-earned break... and yes, there may be cake!
Next, we'll take to the air led by special guest teacher Luana for a fun aerial pick 'n' mix session, giving you the chance to move, play, and explore the equipment in a relaxed, supportive environment. The equipment will involve; tiny hoop, static trapeze, aerial sling & aerial hoop.
To finish, we'll slow things down with a blissful stretch session, leaving you feeling long, strong, and refreshed.
