1.5-2hrs - Monday-Friday: £175-£195 * Weekend £195-£215
(ideal for dancers, gymnasts or those with experience)
1hr - Monday-Friday: £125 * Weekend £150
(ideal for team building and mixed ability level)

Workshops based on Aerial Hoop and Sling are available to book to either introduce people to aerial, or further develop their skillset.
​
All workshops will be delivered by Claire who is trained in Beginner & Intermediate Hoop level, and Beginner Sling validated by Spin City.

Aerial Workshops
The workshop content has been designed by to:
​
· Introduce strengthening, flexibility and conditioning on the hoop.
· Encourage students to explore different mount options.
· Gain confidence in a variety of poses within, under and around the hoop
· Explore dynamic moves in the hoop
· Some students with experience may attempt top bar hoop work.
· Inspire students to learn and adapt choreography in the hoop to fit their strengths..
Workshops are available for a maximum of 15 participants in my Heckfield location, if requested in your location a full structural survey will need to be evidenced.
Workshops can be tailored to the needs of a group, whether it be for school, a youth group, or a corporate event. Age 10years + I ask that children under 18 are accompanied by the teacher with a ratio of 1:10..
