Pilates in Motion - Thursday 6.30pm 

Location: Heckfield Memorial Hall, Church Ln, Heckfield, Hook RG27 0LG

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Each lesson will vary focusing on different muscle groups and intentions. The aim of Pilates with Claire is to help the efficiency of your body movements day-to-day, with a big focus on regaining fitness after injury, starting Pilates as a beginner or having a long break in exercise.

What do wear

Fitted sportswear is best. You may want to wear layers in the colder months You can wear bare feet, socks or Pilates socks. Please bring your mat and a small pilates ball, plus any additional props that you use in class, for example a yoga block can be useful.

This class is available as a PAYG, or part of a grounded package to reduce the price per class. Please go to the bookings page to sign up, there is video guidance on my instagram, but do email if you need assistance.
