Pilates in Motion - Thursday 6.30pm 

Location: Farley Hall Equestrian Centre, Church Rd, Swallowfield, Reading RG7 1TJ

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Each lesson will vary focusing on different muscle groups and intentions. The aim of Pilates with Claire is to help the efficiency of your body movements day-to-day, with a big focus on regaining fitness after injury, starting Pilates as a beginner or having a long break in exercise.

What do wear

Fitted sportswear is best. You may want to wear layers in the colder months You can wear bare feet, socks or Pilates socks. Please bring your mat and any additional props that you use in class, for example a yoga block can be useful.
