Have a day for you... dance, Pilates, Aerial and most importantly homemade brownies & cheese straw, bubbles and a good catch up with giggles. We'll head over to The Wellington Arms for a drink afterwards, and you'll get a little goody bag to top off your treat.

About the event
Have a day for you...
We will start will a gentle some dance, then try some aerial.
After a little break - maybe with some cakes! - we will have some time on the aerial hoops before stretching with some Pilates.
Once we have done all this we will head out for a drink at The Wellington Arms - just a short drive.
This is not a healthy zen day, but a fun day for you with a cheeky cake and maybe some bubbles!
We will head for a drink at 1pm so you are welcome to head off (back to work or kids pick up!) if you need to or prefer.
