About the event
Have a day for you...
We will start will a gentle Ballet Barre, followed by some Pilates.
After a little break - maybe with some cakes! - we will have some time on the aerial hoops before stretching out using the sling.
Once we have done all this we will head out for a drink on me at Highfield Park - just a short stroll away.
This is not a healthy zen day, but a fun day for you with a cheeky cake and maybe some bubbles!
We will head out at 1pm so if you can't make it afterwards you won't miss out.
