Please wear leggings and long sleeves for comfort on the equipment, and remove all jewellery.
This event is aimed at those with no experience. If you have done aerial before, please be aware that no extension movements will be offered, as we will be covering the basics. This can be used as a refresher for those who have been out of aerial for a prolonged period of time.
