Spring Adult Intensive morning with cake!

Have a day for you... Ballet, Pilates, Aerial and most importantly homemade brownies & cheese straw, bubbles and a good catch up with giggles. We'll head over to Highfield Park for a drink afterwards, and you'll get a little goody bag to top off your treat.

About the event
Have a day for you...
We will start will a gentle Ballet Barre, with beautiful classical music.
After a little break - maybe with some cakes! - we will have some time on the aerial equipment - we will be trying something new with a guest teacher!
We'll finish off with a stretch session to cool down.
Once we have done all this we will head out for a drink on me at Highfield Park - just a short stroll away - or drive if it's raining!
This is not a healthy zen day, but a fun day for you with a cheeky cake and maybe some bubbles!
